Dr. Subhosmito Chakraborty is a consultant biochemist at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata. Dr. Chakraborty has completed his MD – Biochemistry from Christian Medical College, Vellore, DNB –Biochemistry from National Board and his fellowship in Biochemistry from Tata Medical Center, Kolkata. In addition to services in Biochemistry, he also handles quality services of the entire laboratory. He has earned a fellowship from UICC and has travelled to Manchester for advanced training in Mass-spectrometry in 2014. He is the recipient of a DBT grant which has enabled him to start mass-spectrometry based drug assay services at the hospital. His research interests include big data and programming, drug analysis, tumor marker kinetics, pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenetics.
