Dr Sudipta Mukherjee passed his MBBS from Nilratan Sircar medical college, kolkata in the year 2005 and worked as Junior Registrar in General Medicine department in the same institute. Subsequently he completed his MD (Anaesthesiology) in the year 2012. After that, he pursued super-speciality training in critical care medicine. He did Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine (IDCCM) from Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, kolkata in 2014 and Fellowship of National Board (FNB) from Medanta the Medicity Hospital, Gurgaon in the year 2016. Besides, he completed European Diploma in Critical Care Medicine (EDICM) in 2016. Before joining Tata Medical Center Kolkata in 2017, he had worked in Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Howrah as consultant for 1 year.

His special interests are advance mechanical ventilation, point of care ultrasound, sepsis and surgical critical care.
