Dr. Gaurav Goel is a Consultant Microbiologist. He received his MBBS from LLRM Medical College, Meerut, MD from Government Medical College, Surat and has obtained a DNB. After his MD he joined Subharti Medical College, Meerut as an Assistant Professor for a brief period. He did 3 year comprehensive fellowship in Tata Medical Center, Kolkata in 2010 to learn Infection Control, Microbiology services in clinical consultation, environmental and transplant settings. Post fellowship, he joined as Consultant Microbiologist at the Dharamshila Cancer and Research Hospital, New Delhi for a brief period before joining back the Tata Medical Center, Kolkata as Junior Consultant.

His special interests include clinical and diagnostic Microbiology, infection control, quality assurance and research.
