Greetings from Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, India.
We are conducting the 10th Tata Annual Biostatistics and Clinical Research Methodology Course’ 2022 in person at Tata Medical Center, Auditorium, from 21-22nd August 2026. To ensure an interactive and fruitful experience, we have limited the number of participants to 100. This event is being jointly organised by Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, and Indian Psychiatric Society—West Bengal Chapter.
Workshop fees: Rs 7000 to be paid to Tata Medical Center, Kolkata.
Please include the transaction ID and payment date for the course fees in the Google form when registering online. As all the organising committee members are clinicians, please allow 1 week for us to confirm your registration. Course registration fees are non-refundable.

What to expect?
- Foundational understanding of biostatistics, e.g. types of data, bivariate statistics, chi-square and t tests, introduction to regression
- Practical skills in scientific writing (IMRAD: Introduction, methods, results and discussion section of a paper or dissertation)
- Workshop on literature search and reference management using Zotero software
- Workshop introducing SPSS
- Talk on RCT and Systematic review
