Abstract Submission Guideline
General instructions:
- Submitted abstracts must contain original material that has not been published or presented at any other meeting prior to the conference.
- Only abstracts submitted in English will be accepted for review.
- All abstracts, must adhere to the prescribed format.
- Abstracts should be structured under the following headings: Title, Authors, Background/Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. (The word limit applies only to the Background/Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusion sections)
- Abstracts should not include tables, images, graphs, or illustrations.
- The abstract text must not exceed 250 words.
- The presenting author must be identified at the time of submission.
- Authors should refrain from mentioning their name or institution within the abstract text; failure to comply will result in disqualification.
- All submissions will be reviewed by a panel of experts in a blinded and coded manner.
- The Abstract Review Committee will communicate acceptance decisions and presentation categories (Oral/E-poster) via email.
- Papers accepted for oral presentation shall have the opportunity of podium presentation of their work at the conference. A few selected E-poster shall have the opportunity to present their work at the conference.
- The best oral/poster presentations and e-poster shall be awarded.
- All participants will receive a certificate of acknowledgment.
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to withdraw any paper at any time.
