Abstract Submission Guideline

Important Dates:

Deadline for Abstract Submission & Modification: by August 15th, 2023

Notification of Abstract Acceptance: by August 22nd, 2023

General instructions:

  • Abstracts must be submitted exclusively using the website. Abstracts submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be written clearly in English.
  • Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
  • There is no limit on the number of abstracts submitted by an author, but the same study cannot be submitted twice, even under a different topic or with a different title or authors.

Lead Author: 

Individual who is submitting the abstract.

All correspondence will be done with the lead author.

It is mandatory for the lead author to register for the conference before submitting the abstract.

Presentation Format: E-poster

Title: Maximum 15 words

  • Notification of acceptance will be made by the organizers via e-mail by August 25th 2023. Please check the allotted number to each E-poster.
  • If the lead author is not registered on time, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the organizers (headnecktmc@gmail.com) in writing as soon as possible.

  • File Format & Size: PDF (1 page, Width 37”, Length 24”)
  • Submission Deadline: September 3rd, 2023
  • Exhibition Date: Saturday, September 9th, 2023
  • Place: Discussion Room, Phase II, Tata Medical Center, Kolkata.
  • The detailed information will be informed later with notification of abstract acceptance.
