Premashraya provides accommodation to 200 patients & their relatives, approx. 300 no undergoing long term treatment at the TMC. This iconic building was designed by a German architect & internally it radiates warmth cum friendliness with bright open spaces. There is a canteen facility which provided food, round the clock at affordable rates. Facilities of common dining areas, wash rooms are present between the clusters of residential rooms where family members can sit, chat and bond between themselves.  Every floor has a theme inspired by nature and is decorated with many wall hangings depicting the same. A corridor of prayer at the ground floor respects the universality of all religions and binds the residents as common humans suffering from this dreadful disease. There are 2 floors dedicated to children and one floor for Palliative Care unit plus houses a Cafeteria, large Auditorium for common programme, well stocked Library for occupants, play room and kids’ library for children, prayer room, an ATM and a grocery shop serve the residents needs along with abundant parking and round the clock housekeeping plus security services. The rooms are offered only to out station patients & relatives at a very subsidized rate.
